Please note that all sales are final. We make exceptions, however, for misprinted, damaged or defective products, as well as failed deliveries.
Misprinted / Damaged / Defective Products
Any claims for misprinted / damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please report your problem to email@example.com. Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package is unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the default return address.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If claims are deemed an error on the customer’s part, reshipment costs are covered by the customer.
If you notice an issue with your delivery, please report your problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want us to reship the order, please confirm your address.
